WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN YOUR BRUSHES?
Our brushes are crafted with premium synthetic bristles that are soft, durable, and cruelty-free.
How do I clean and maintain my brushes?
To clean your brushes, rinse brush head gently under lukewarm water, with the bristles pointing down to avoid having water seep into the ferrule which may weaken the glue used to hold on to the bristle and may cause shedding. Use a mild gentle soap and use your fingers to work the soap into the bristles. Gently swirl the brush head on the palm of your hand. Rinse gently under running water until the water runs clear. Gently reshape the head of the brush and lay flat on an absorbent towel to dry. Please do not blow dry your makeup brushes. We recommend cleaning your brushes every 1-2 weeks depending on how frequently they’re used.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $40. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $40.
Can your brushes be used with both cream and powder products?
Absolutely! We have brushes for both powder and cream ensuring flawless makeup up application. If you are not sure which brush to choose, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to assist!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options to serve our international customers in the future.
Where are your makeup brushes made?
Our makeup brushes are made in China.

Yes, all Sundayz Glam makeup brushes are cruelty-free.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at help@sundayzglam.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective item.
If the item was damaged due to the carrier, please also include a photo of the damaged package. All defective items returned must be unused.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Sundayz Glam, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Simply return the product within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll provide a full refund to your original method of payment. Plus, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.To get started, email us at help@sundayzglam.com to request a free prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund promptly and send a confirmation email. Have questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to assist!
To begin a return, simply follow the steps below:
1. Email your return including your order number to help@sundayzglam.com to receive a free return shipping label.
2. Please request for the free return shipping label within 30 days of original purchase.
3. After your return request has been processed, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
4. Upon receiving the prepaid return label, you have 30 days to return the product.
5. Print and attach the return shipping label to the outside of your box.
Please note:
1. Shipping fees are not refundable.
2. Returns received after 30 days of receiving return label are no longer eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.
3. Please allow up to 5-8 business days for your package to arrive back to our warehouse.
4. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return process.
5. Any orders shipped back to the warehouse without an authorized return label will be returned to sender.
6. Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. No exceptions will be made.
7. If the original form of payment is unavailable, Sundayz Glam store credit will be issued.
8. A return will not be processed by Sundayz Glam without proof of delivery. When shipping your return, we recommend asking the carrier for a tracking number to keep on file until your return has been processed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCT IN MY ORDER?
If you receive the wrong item or find that a product is missing from your order, please follow these steps:
1. Check Your Order Confirmation – Verify the details of your order to confirm the discrepancy.
2. Inspect the Package – Sometimes, smaller items may be packed inside other products or protective packaging.
3. Contact Customer Support – Reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if necessary.
4. Resolution Options – Depending on the situation, we can offer a replacement, issue a refund, or provide further assistance to correct the issue.
HOW CAN PROMOTIONAL OR DISCOUNT CODES BE USED WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE?

1. Only one promotional or discount code can be applied per order. However, a discount code may be combined with store credit or an E-Gift Card purchased from our website.
2. Promotional discount codes or other discount codes cannot be applied to any past purchases made prior to the sale's activation.
3. A promotional code will not be reactivated or applied to an order after it has expired.
4. For specific expiration dates or price requirements, please see original marketing email or advertisement.
5. Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable or exchangeable.
6. A sale may not be applied to an order made prior to the sales activation, nor will a sale be applied to an order made after the sale has ended.
7. Promotional discount codes will not be applied to items that state "Discounts do not apply".
8. Abandoned cart promotional codes can't be applied to items marked with Final Sale or be combined with additional discounts/sales/promotions.
How long will it take to process my order ?
We strive to process, package, and ship your order within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons or periods of high order volume, processing may take 3-5 business days.Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
